Welcome to Luton – 12/10/2017 – 12:45

Good afternoon and welcome to the 8th leg of the 2017 GUKPT Tour. This week we are in Luton for the £1,000 £200,000 GTD Main Event.

Luton has been a regular leg of the tour and is one of only a handful of locations that has been on the tour for the 10 years that it has been running. Today marks the 11th GUKPT Luton Main Event.

The tournament is a £1000+£100 entry with a £200,000 guarantee. Last year 240 entries turned out, with Driton Haxhaij besting the field and taking home the first place prize of £61,520. That was Dritons second GUKPT Luton Main Event title.

We will be with you for the duration of play, bringing you live updates, chip counts, pictures and hands from the table. We will also be running our live stream for the four days with all hole cards shown on a thirty minute delay. You will see the first hand all the way through to the last. The live stream will begin at 1:25pm.

This event is always well attended and this week should be no different. Day 1a begins today at 1pm.
