With £50,000 in prizes, this is the richest poker rankings system in Europe. The player with the most points at the end of the year will be declared the 2010 GUKPT Player of the Year alonhg with the £20,000 first prize.

Points Distribution

Rankings points are awarded to players who make the top 18 in Main Tour main events and the top ten in side events, Summer Series events, Club Championship events, 10% Online Series events and the top 20 of each of the three National Leagues.

The number of points awarded to each player in a tournament varies, depending on the number of participants, the buy-in and the finishing position achieved.

Points are accumulated throughout the year and the current standings will be updated after each festival and published on gukpt.com.

The final ranking tournament of the year will be held on Friday 3rd December at the G Casino, Coventry.

• 1. The GUKPT reserves the right not to award full points for any player or players in any event if it is deemed to have been completed in an uncompetitive manner. In such cases players will be awarded points equivalent to those awarded to the last player
• 2. Any player who is no longer a member of any Grosvenor/G Casino (or is suspended) on the day of the final competitive ranking event will be disqualified and may not claim a prize. Their prize will be awarded to the next highest finishing player.
• 3. The final ranking event of 2010 will be the £150 NL Hold'em Freeseout which takes place on December 3rd at the G Casino, Coventry.
• 4. Points will only be awarded to players in the prize money, so for example, in an event that pays six players, only the top six will be awarded ranking points.
• 5. If a tournament is cancelled or not completed for any reason, points will not be awarded.
• 6. In the event of a chip count finish for any tournament, points will be awarded according to the official result.
• 7. Prizes will be paid into gcasino.com/Blue Square accounts by 31st December 2010.
• 8. If further events are added to the GUKPT schedule, additional ranking distributions tables may be added.e.g Heads Up Tournaments.
• 9. Points will not be awarded in satellite tournaments.
• 10. The Champion of Champions Tournament does not count towards the rankings.
• 11. National League Playoff Tournaments do not count towards the rankings.
• 12. The GUKPT reserves the right to make amendments to the points or prize distribution schedules.
• 13. In the event of a dispute, the Tour Manager's decision is final.
