Terms and Conditions
Branding
Logos, images and branded clothing are permitted at GUKPT events. Players may wear branded clothing with logos on all items, including shirts and caps. There is no specific size restriction on logos worn, however players wearing oversized or numerous logos may be asked to remove them.
Additional rules regarding the wearing of branded clothing and logos:
- No more than 15 players ay any GUKPT event can wear branded clothing or other display logos of any single company, with the exception of the current tour sponsor (gcasino.com) or Blue Square Poker.
- No more than 3 players on the final table can wear branded clothing or logos from a single company.
- Any player starting the final table or starting an appearance on the feature table without wearing branded logos, must remain wearing no branded logos for the duration of the final/feature table session.
- The GUKPT reserves the right to ask a player to remove or cover up any logos, words, images or distinguishing marks from players' clothing. Players refusing to comply may be removed from the tournament and have winnings withheld.
- The decision of the Tournament Director is final with regard to all issues relating to the wearing of branded clothing and logos.
Sponsored Players
No company may sponsor more than 10 players to play in any single GUKPT event. Sponsored players must declare their sponsorship status to the tournament director before the start of the tournament. Players who are not sponsored at the start of the tournament cannot become sponsored after the tournament begins and so will not be permitted to wear a sponsor's logo on the final table.

Spectators
Spectators are not allowed in the poker room without the permission of the tournament director. Spectators must not stand too close to tables, interrupt play or distract players. Spectators must leave the poker room when asked to do so by a supervisor. Spectators must not talk to players during a hand. All spectators will be required to leave the poker room shortly before each scheduled break.

Television/Feature Table
By entering any GUKPT tournament, players give their consent to being photographed or recorded for television, internet or any other media outlet that may, from time to time be present at the events. This also applies to spectators or other persons in the immediate vicinity of the tournament area.

Image Rights
Participating Players agree to the recording and/or broadcasting and/or live relay of the contribution and hereby grant to us all consents necessary to enable us to make the fullest use of the contribution throughout the universe in perpetuity by any and all means in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter developed or discovered, in the programme for which your contribution has been recorded and any other programmes, without liability (save as specifically hereinafter provided) or acknowledgement to you. Your hereby grant us the right to issue publicity concerning the contribution and any programme in which it may be included, and for such purpose to use and reproduce your name and photograph and recordings and/or copies of any description of the contribution.

All Players
All players are required to become members of the host casino and should bring photo ID (passport/driving licence) with them on their first visit. All players must abide by the general rules and regulations of the host casino. Please note that dress codes may vary from casino to casino and some do not allow trainers, caps or sportswear.
All players participating in a GUKPT event agree to carry out reasonable requests to assist in the televising, publicising and promoting of the event. All players must make themselves available to attend press conferences or television interviews at any time during or immediately after the event has taken place, if required. All players agree to their name being published in tournament reports, updates, results and rankings in any printed press, website, broadcast or other media outlet.

Tournament Rules & Procedures
GUKPT events will be run in accordance with Grosvenor & G Casinos Poker Rules. These rules can be viewed here.
Registration will close 15 minutes prior to the start of each tournament. Once play has commenced, registration will then re-open for late entries and alternates. Players wishing to buy-in after the tournament has started should report to the main desk in the poker room.
Late entries/alternates will be accepted in all events during the first two levels of play for multi-day tournaments and the first three levels of play for one-day tournaments, space permitting.
Table breaking order will be determined before each tournament begins and will be announced by the tournament director prior to the start of each tournament. The tournament director retains the right to alter this table breaking order if necessary.
There will be comfort breaks every few levels in each tournament. These will usually be 10-15 minutes in duration and some tournaments may also include a more lengthy dinner break.
In main events on the Main Tour, the clock will be reduced from one hour to 45-minutes when there are four players remaining. This will take effect when the level being played at the time the tournament goes four-handed has been concluded.

Unless otherwise stated, tournaments that are more than one day in length will resume at 2pm on subsequent days.
All players who are still participating at the end of each day in tournaments that are more than one day in length must remain at their tables until their overnight chip counts are verified and signed for.
The Tournament Director has the right to change or amend these rules or procedures at any time and without notice, although it is endeavoured that any changes that may be made for the good of the game will be communicated to the players as soon as possible.
