The week culminates with the undoubted star of the show, the £200,000 Guaranteed GUKPT Main Event. Last year UK regular Yiannis Liperis was the last person standing, finally gaining himself a well-earned trophy (and £84,250 in cash!). The top five finishers automatically earn themselves a package worth over £10,000 each and the remaining 72 players (positions 6th to 77th) earn themselves a seat to the National League playoff to play for a further 10 packages. Currently 77th position sits with 140 points – which means a everything is still to play for with many seats still up for grabs! The final qualifying events include; all GUKPT Blackpool events (with the exception of the 75/75 Bounty and satellites), 25/25 Edinburgh and Coventry, Manchester and Thanet Deepstack. Final leaderboard positions will be announced on Monday 18th November, with the play off taking place at The Poker Room, London on Sunday 23rd November.
